To train with us you would have ran a 5k in under 21 minutes this calendar year and ready to push on further. We target 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon progressions with our online training group. Already seeing walks you through the step by step structure of accountability, speed, tempo and strength sessions to become the athlete ready to achieve those ‘peak’ goals.
